Plus Points:

·         Ravi Teja

·         Bobby Simha

·         Sci-fi Concept

·         Second Half

·         Climax

Minus Points:

·         Story

·         Screenplay

Performance: Ravi Teja has delivered an electrifying performance, and steals the show with his performance and energetic avatar. His mannerism, dialogue delivery and fights are the highlights of the movie. Nabha Natesh, Tanya Hope and Payal Rajput, cover different segments of the story. They appear in their parts and then disappear only to reappear towards the end. Bobby Simha has also given his terrific performance in Disco Raja.  Sunil, Vennela Kishore, Satya, Jeeva, Ramki and others have done justice to their roles.

Technical:  The movie Disco Raja is a science fiction genre and has lots of twists to it. All songs from S S Thaman are superb  and his background score is also top class. Cinematography by  Karthik Ghattamaneni is classy and presents Disco Raja in an aesthetically appealing manner. Editing  is decent. The writing is below par. This is also one of the main reasons for the lack of strong impression even in the appealing portions.

Analysis:  VI Anand is back after Oka Kshanam with yet another interesting concept  film Disco Raja. He utilizes Ravi Teja’ mass appeal, comic abilities and crowd-pulling factors.
