We have already reported that Andhra Pradesh Assembly passed a statutory resolution seeking to abolish the state Legislative Council, days after the YSRC government failed to get two crucial bills on its plans to have 3 capitals cleared by the opposition Telugu Desama Party dominated Upper House. On the otherside,Jana Sena MLA Rappaka Vara Prasad Rao said he fully supports the resolution proposed by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to abolish the legislative council. Rapaka Varaprasad said this during the Assembly's debate on the abolition of the legislative council.
