LV Subrahmanyam goes on leave

The Andhra Pradesh government has transferred Chief Secretary L V Subrahmanyam and posted him as Director-General of the AP Human Resources Development Institute in Bapatla. The orders were issued by Praveen Prakash, Principal Secretary of the General Administration Department. The chief secretary has only five months of service. Telugu Desam Party MP Kesineni Srinivas reacted to the development with a sarcastic tweet "Congratulations YS Jagan". TDP deputy floor leader said that Mr Subrahmanyam was transferred because he did not obey orders and he  questioned the officers at the Chief Minister's Office .

On the other side, on Wednesday, LV Subrahmanyam handed over it to in-charge CS Nirab Kumar. However, he did not take up the new role of DG of HRD and he went on a leave for a month. Till 6th December, he  will not be available. The sources say that  LV is deeply hurt.
