YSRCP government has accelerated the speed in digging out the scams and money rackets from the Telugu Desam Party government's rule time. The Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy ordered a Special Investigation Team- SIT to look keenly into corruption details in the report submitted by Cabinet sub-committee.
The 10 member SIT team will be headed by Dr Kolli Raghuram Reddy, IPS, DIG Intelligence. A Cabinet sub-committee was constituted to review the projects, programs, institutions established and the key administrative actions since the Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh State on 2nd June 2014. SIT will go to many extents given its powers to unearth the corruption.
