Bigil makers donate Rs 50 Lakh

When the celebrities from Tollywood, Kollywood and Bollywood are donating whatever they can to help people combat the lockdown imposed by the central government to contain the COVID 19 situation, the makers of Vijay starrer Bigil, AGS Entertainment have contributed Rs 50 lakh to Tamil Nadu Chief Minster' relief fund and Rs 15 lakh to FEFSI to help the daily wage workers of the film industry. It is known news that the shootings of all films have been canceled owing to the lockdown.

Few weeks ago, AGS Entertainment was in the news headlines  after Income Tax raids were conducted for the film Bigil. The properties of Anbu Chezhian, who financed Vijay starrer  Bigil and the producer AGS Entertainment, were raided by the Income Tax officials. The movie Bigil starring Vijay collected more than Rs 300 cr at the box office.
