Sathamanam Bhavati fame Anupama Parameswaran has been roped in Telugu remake of Tamil film Ratsasan to play the female lead role. The actress will be seen sharing the screen space with Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas. The source close to the film unit reveals that Anupama Parameswaran will be seen essaying the role of a teacher and she is very excited about her role.
Recently Anupama Parameswaran watched the Tamil version of Ratsasan and she felt that it is a coming of age psychological thriller saga. Amala Paul played the role in the Tamil version and makers of Telugu remake felt that Anupama Parameswaran will fit the bill for the character and they approached her. The film has Ramesh Varma as director. The actress will join the sets shortly. In Tollywood, Anupama Parameswaran was last seen in Hello Guru Prema Kosame starring Ram Pothineni and Pranitha Subhash, which was a decent hit at the box office.
