Annapurna Studios, one of the oldest studios in the South, owned by Akkineni Nagarjuna has filed a case on Popular Internet Service Provider ACT fiber-net, in Hyderabad. The case has been filed in city civil court, Hyderabad. According to the latest buzz, the Telecom company has landed in legal trouble. Started in 1976, Annapurna is an anchor studio in Hyderabad with 22-acres of space and helped Tollywood shift to Andhra Pradesh from Tamil Nadu.
The statement from Annapurna Studios read that ACT fibre-net has allegedly coped its logo, which looks exactly like a replica. Thus, the owner of Annapurna Studios filed the case and asked the company to remove the logo as soon as possible. The Additional Chief Judge has ordered ACT to not use the logo in any public spaces.
